Working Journalists:  Create enmity between people of different races, castes, religions, classes, regions and sects in such a way as to undermine the sovereignty and integrity of Nepal, peace and security of the country, foreign relations and public dignity and defy the court's decision. Demonstration, participation in a strike or inciting others for the purpose of spreading communal ill-will or abetment of any crime shall not be allowed.
